What's the difference between The Law Reports and Weekly Law Reports?
Both are published by ICLR. The Law Reports (Appeal Cases, Chancery, Family, King's Bench/Queen's Bench) are the most authoritative citation for a case; Weekly Law Reports publish the same and other significant judgments faster, in weekly instalments, ahead of the bound volumes. Most chambers hold both.
Do you buy older volumes, from before the current numbering?
